About us

“More women in top positions.”That was the motivation behind which Elles van Teylingen founded Women in Sales in 2010. She noticed that relatively few women moved on to top positions or were hired for these positions. The female sales talent pool was sparse and the focus was mainly on diversity within C-level and board positions.

The deployment of balanced teams is now more topical than ever. Various studies show that a balanced team performs better and increases profitability. We do this by looking at business economic issues and how they can best be approached.

Balanced teams have a better connection with customer needs, a better understanding of markets and a higher market share.
