The spearhead of Women in Technics is to create a diverse and inclusive community within the technical sector, with the aim of tackling the structural shortage of technicians. In the second quarter of 2021, there were more than 118,000 (!) technical and IT vacancies. That is an increase of 35% compared to the previous quarter. To meet this demand, 40% of new students should opt for a technical education. We offer certified training with a job guarantee.
