Expert in searching, developing, guiding, coaching and seconding female talent with the aim of a permanent appointment.
We train from the basics to an independent work manager. The training is tailor-made, which is why we tailor the learning process to the wishes and needs of your organization.

How we help you

We are involved throughout the entire process. From consultation to diploma or competency goal. We monitor the development and make adjustments where necessary. This allows us to convert the knowledge into results on the shop floor.

What to expect

We focus on building long-term relationships and understanding your needs. This is therefore our highest priority. Once we have defined the program, we can start the validated Women in Technics process to find and prepare your ideal candidate.

What you can expect from our training program:

Teachers with work experience
Our teachers have years of work experience. This allows us to properly handle customer-specific questions about work activities.

Total offer
We work together with the training institute 'Contract Education'. The candidates are trained in Harderwijk, Nieuwegein or Eindhoven.

During 12 to 48 months (depending on the training programme), the professionals remain employed by us, during which we remain actively involved in the development of the professionals.
